Lighting one piece
A case light on one piece loses fewer fields than a tour of the whole case.
When flavor, finish, size, and pickup are debated at once, one field drops. Fix a short note for this piece first, then add celebration or order fields. This is a working habit, not a baking lesson and not a results promise.
